Who is responsible for your information?
Ms Venne operates voltenne.com and is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website.
For privacy enquiries, contact: hello@voltenne.com
What information is collected?
If you submit an application through the website, information may include:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your time zone and usual availability.
- The arrangement that interests you.
- Your answers to application questions, including any personal preferences or limits you choose to disclose.
Please do not include information that is unnecessary for considering your application.
County suggestions for future residences
The In Residence form asks only for a county, with no name or email address required. Submitted counties are sent privately by email to assess regional interest and plan potential visits. They are not used to make bookings, and we cannot contact you about a future visit through this form.
The website host may process technical information, including connection details, as part of routine security and service operations. County suggestion emails are retained only while useful for planning and are then deleted.
Why is this information used?
Information submitted through the application forms is used to review your introduction, decide whether an arrangement may be suitable, respond to you, and — if an arrangement is agreed — make the practical preparations requested by you.
Lawful basis
Application information is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an arrangement.
Information may also be processed where reasonably necessary for legitimate interests such as maintaining website security, preventing misuse, keeping appropriate records and managing communications.
Sensitive information
Where you choose to disclose intimate preferences or boundaries in a private application, this information is considered only for the purpose of assessing your enquiry and any mutually agreed arrangements. You may instead say that you prefer to discuss your limits privately. The private-audience form requests your explicit consent before sending any such information. You can withdraw your consent by contacting the address in the Your rights section below.
The application forms do not require you to provide detailed medical information or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
If there is something relevant that you believe Ms Venne should know, provide only what is reasonably necessary.
Who processes your information?
The website uses service providers needed to operate the site and deliver applications. These currently include:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and server-side form endpoint.
- Resend, which delivers application emails.
- The email provider used for the voltenne.com mailbox.
Information is not sold to advertisers.
How long is information kept?
Application and correspondence information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to consider an application, communicate with you, maintain appropriate business records, deal with disputes or comply with legal obligations.
Information that is no longer required will be deleted or securely disposed of.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights relating to your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing.
To make a privacy request, email hello@voltenne.com .
Complaints
If you have a concern about how your personal information has been handled, please contact Ms Venne first so that the issue can be considered.
You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

If analytics, advertising or additional tracking technologies are introduced later, this notice will be updated before they are used where required.
