Applications
Submitting an application does not create an arrangement and does not guarantee acceptance.
Ms Venne may accept, decline or choose not to proceed with an application at her discretion.
Please submit accurate information and do not impersonate another person.
Monthly arrangements
The website currently describes three monthly arrangements: Correspondence, Regular Direction and Daily Direction.
The exact dates, times, communication format and practical expectations are agreed before a paid arrangement begins.
Each arrangement lasts for one month unless something different is agreed in writing.
There is no automatic renewal unless that is introduced later and clearly agreed beforehand.
Access and communication
Payment purchases the defined amount of time, contact or work included in the arrangement selected.
It does not create unlimited access to Ms Venne.
Messages outside agreed contact times may not receive a personal response.
If additional contact is wanted, any extra access must be separately agreed.
Boundaries
Every arrangement is subject to clear boundaries. Applicants are encouraged to disclose anything that is firmly off the table for them before an arrangement begins.
Ms Venne's own boundaries also apply at all times.
Either person may stop or decline any activity or subject of discussion that falls outside what has been agreed.
Payments
Payment details and the method of payment will be provided privately once an arrangement has been accepted.
Payment must be received before the agreed arrangement begins, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Prices shown on the website may be changed for future arrangements. A price change will not retrospectively alter an arrangement that has already been agreed and paid for.
Additional contact
If the contact included in an arrangement is exhausted, additional access is not automatic.
Where appropriate, Ms Venne may offer additional contact, a separate contact block, or a change to a more involved arrangement. Any such option will be agreed privately.
Cancellations and missed contact
Scheduled contact requires both parties to respect the agreed time.
If you cannot attend an agreed appointment, reasonable notice should be given.
Missed or unused contact does not automatically carry over into a later month unless Ms Venne agrees otherwise.
Where Ms Venne needs to cancel an agreed appointment, a replacement time will normally be offered.
In-person invitations
In-person time is not available as an entry point.
Any invitation to meet Ms Venne in person is separate from the monthly arrangements shown on the website and is offered only at her discretion.
Travel, location, timing, price and practical arrangements will be agreed privately if an invitation is made.
Discretion
Discretion is expected from both parties.
Private correspondence, identifying information, photographs and details of an arrangement should not be published or shared without permission.
Testimonials
Testimonials published on the website reflect genuine feedback received from previous encounters.
Some wording may be lightly edited for spelling, grammar, length or readability without changing the substance of the experience described.
No guarantee of outcome
Personal direction, accountability and communication are subjective experiences.
No particular emotional, personal, professional or lifestyle result is guaranteed.
Website availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep voltenne.com available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Content, pricing and availability may be updated from time to time.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the Privacy notice .
